Darclight Films is pleased to announce that we will be joining you at Filmart this year with our sensational slate of titles, which includes: ALREADY DEAD, starring Til Schweiger and Ron Eldard, in the story of a man who had everything until one fateful night when his son is taken from him and his wife brutalized, sending the man down a path of bloody revenge; UNEARTHED, starring beauties Beau Garrett - who was recently cast in the upcoming Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer - and Emmanuelle Vaugier as a Sheriff of a small New Mexican town who unearths an ancient evil while investigating a sinister road crash; BODY ARMOUR, starring Chazz Palminteri as an international assassin who puts his life in the hands of his nemesis turned body guard as he waits to testify in an important trial; BOTCHED, starring Stephen Dorff in a tale of twin serial killers, insane hostages and double-crossing psycho Russian hardmen; THE SICKHOUSE, an orphanage beneath a disused London hospital and a place where unspeakable terror lurks - a Seventeenth Century malevolence, the Plague Doctor, has returned to complete his evil masterpiece; STORM WARNING, directed by Jamie Blanks (Urban Legend, Valentine) which sees a young couple lost in a swamp seek refuge at an isolated farmhouse only to discover they've jumped out of the frying pan into the fire; and TRAPPED ASHES, a ground breaking horror anthology from virtuoso directors Joe Dante, Ken Russell, Sean Cunningham, Monte Hellman and The Matrix's Oscar® winning John Gaeta.
In addition, we are proud to announce that BOBBY, the stellar ensemble film directed by Emilio Estevez and starring Anthony Hopkins, Sharon Stone, Elijah Wood, Demi Moore, Lindsay Lohan, William H. Macy, Helen Hunt, Heather Graham and more, will be playing in this year's Hong Kong International Film

ALREADY DEAD (Thiller / Post Production)
Thomas Archer, late 30's, stands under a train trestle, holding a dark gym bag. His cell phone rings, and a mysterious voice tells him to board the approaching train. A short while later, more phone calls from the voice tell him where to get off, where to walk, what to look for. He ends up at an abandoned slaughterhouse, where the Voice directs him to set the gym bag down in a particular room. The bag is filled with $100 bills.
Directed, once again, down another hall, to another room, Archer opens the door to find a large man strapped down to a chair, a black hood over his head. The Voice calls again. "Mr. Archer, this is the man who murdered your son..."
Thomas Archer had everything: A beautiful wife, a job as a senior associate at a powerful architecture firm, and his beloved son, until one fateful night when his son was taken from him and his wife brutalized, sending Archer down a path of bloody revenge.

BODY ARMOUR (Action Thriller / Completed)
John Ridley (Til Schweiger) is an elite bodyguard, however his perfect record is permanently marred when his latest client becomes the target of Lee Maxwell (Chazz Palminteri), an international assassin of the highest order. After a fierce gun battle, Maxwell kills the client and wounds Ridley. This traumatic event haunts Ridley, destroys his reputation, and causes him to retire from the bodyguard business.
Years later, Ridley's old boss, Mark Graver (Lluís Homar), offers him a very special assignment. Ridley flies to Spain and meets the mystery client… none other than Lee Maxwell, the man who ruined his life!
Graver assures Ridley that in three days - after Maxwell testifies - Ridley is free to do whatever he wants with Maxwell. Ridley reluctantly agrees to stay on the job, but has to struggle to keep rage in check. When Maxwell's former employers realize he's gone renegade, they hire a team of professional killers to eliminate him, forcing Ridley and Maxwell to go on the run. Something goes very wrong after the robbery of a Russian artefact, a jewellery cross dating back to the first Tsar, Ivan IV.
The elevator of the skyscraper where Ritchie, Peter and Yuri have stolen the cross gets stuck in the unused 13th floor. Assuming that the police have paused the elevator, the three robbers take all inmates hostage... but soon they have to realise it's something even worse: They are trapped not by the police but by a demonic killer who is out for the artefact and a sacrifice to fulfil an ancient family prophecy. Anna is a novice archeologist desperate for
the recognition gained from an important find.
Her current dig, a disused hospital, is shut down
when authorities discover plague spore in its
foundations.
She is convinced that the plague may be the
key to a dark secret. It may be the explanation
behind a series of child related deaths in the
year 1665 . Despite this, the go ahead is given to
demolish the hospital.
Anna decides to break into the hospital. On that
same night a group of teenagers are involved
in a fatal hit and run and they hide out in the
hospital. Unbeknownst to them Anna has
unwittingly resurrected the spirit of the medieval
Plague Doctor! One by one they will encounter
his reincarnation and face a fate far worse than
death itself!
The Sickhouse is a good dose of irresponsible,
great gory fun! A terrifying journey that will have
audiences screaming with delight!

On a weekend boating excursion, husband and wife Rob and Pia become lost in a heavy storm and end up in the most unlikely place – a desolate swamp surrounded by thick forest. With their boat in disarray their only solution is to look for help or seek shelter of some kind.
They finally come across a decrepit house and barn with no one home.

TRAPPED ASHES (Horror / Completed)
Seven strangers are trapped inside an infamous "House of Horror" during a Hollywood movie studio tour, and forced to tell their most terrifying personal stories to get out alive.
