New Line enters 'Sick House'

New Line Cinema has twitched for "The Sick House", a British horror movie about a man trapped in an abandoned hospital and preyed upon by an ancient incarnation of the plague.

Company acquired all North American rights from Darclight, the genre division of Oz-U.S. sales group Arclight Films.

Pic was helmed and co-scripted by Curtis Radclyffe ("Sweet Angel"). It stars Gina Phillips ("Jeepers Creepers").

Darclight previously handled "Wolf Creek", "Perfect Creature" and Snoop Dogg-starring horror comedy "Hood of Horror."
